Returns & Refunds
At PixMe Printed, all products are made especially for you. Because of this, we do not offer refunds or returns for personalized items, except in cases where the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
Please take a moment to carefully review your photos, text, and order details before placing your order.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
When contacting us, please include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- A clear photo showing the fault, damage, or incorrect item
Once reviewed, and where appropriate, a replacement or refund will be arranged, along with instructions for returning the item if required.
Please do not return items without first contacting us, as unsolicited returns may not be accepted.
Cancellations
Because orders begin processing quickly, it may not always be possible to cancel an order once production has started.
If you wish to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. If your order has not yet entered production, a cancellation may be possible; however, this cannot be guaranteed.
Shipping Destination
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only, and this policy applies exclusively to UK orders.
